 If you are interested in registering a dog that has not been registered with another registry, and the dog is a purebred dog, then you can register the dog as "foundation stock". You will need to have two witnesses certify that it is a purebred dog, and you must provide a picture of that dog to the registry either by or e-mail or text. |
