*We do not offer ID tags at this time. We recommend that you have your dog microchipped by a
licensed veterinarian.
*Replacement Certificates
There is a $25 fee to research your requests for replacement certificates. Some of the dogs that you are requesting
duplicate papers for have never been registered with the American Kennel Association.
It takes time to go through all of our registrations. You must prepay the $25 fee, and fill out the dog registration
form completely before we process your request.
OR
If you need a replacement certificate, i.e. you have lost or misplaced yours, you will need to complete
the Foundation Stock Form Completely, and mail it in or e-mail it to us for processing along with your payment.*
